| Robb Brent started racing when he was 16 years old at a local karting center, Kart-2-Kart near his native hometown of Shelby Township, Michigan. Moving from an indoor-activity and hobby, while developing his skills and participating in some of the best-endured driving schools (Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving School and Skip Barber Racing) in the United States, Brent blossomed and showed his true potential on and off the track which allowed him to accept the opportunity to compete in the 2004 Red Bull driver karting search and the 2005 All-American driver challenge. Those opportunities opened a new door for the Michigan native as Brent moved on to the Mid-Ohio racing school which advanced him to the Panoz Racing Series. |

2006 opened many doors for the future star when Brent won the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) Series Camaro Mustang Challenge (CMC) Championship for the Ohio / Indiana region as well as being named Rookie-of-the-Year. After competing in the Grand AM Cup Series and being crowned Panoz Racing Series Winter Champion, Brent looked towards moving up the ladder and entering the Stock Car world.
In the fall of 2006, Brent made his ARCA RE/MAX Series debut at Toledo Speedway where he showed on-track presence. His early stock-car niche continued into 2007 where he competed in seven ARCA RE/MAX Series events and maneuvered his first career top-10 finish at the tricky and treacherous track of Nashville Superspeedway. In addition to ARCA, Brent competed in the illustrious 24 Hours of Daytona.
2008 was a break-out year for the soccer enthusiast. Picking up the pace in the ARCA RE/MAX Series, Brent competed in eight races delivering two top-five finishes of fifth at Kansas Speedway and Pocono Raceway while continuing to post top-10 efforts at Pocono Raceway (sixth) and Kentucky Speedway (eighth). Brent also soared into control of two ARCA RE/MAX Series events at Kansas Speedway (19 laps) and Pocono Raceway (two laps) which immediately threw Brent's name as constant threat on the speedways.
With his RE/MAX Series success, Brent took a reach and developed an interest in NASCAR. Brent made his NASCAR dreams come true when he qualified and competed in the TOYOTA Tundra 200 at Nashville Superspeedway where Brent wheeled his Brad Keselowski Racing Chevrolet Silverado to an impressive top-25 finish.
In 2009, Brent was presented with an enormous opportunity to drive for Allgaier Motorsports, the defending championship team in the ARCA RE/MAX Series. In his 20 races in 2009, Brent mastered one top-five and six top-10 finishes including a career best fourth on the newly designed road course at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, New Jersey. This helped secure a solid 10th place championship finish in his first full season of competition. The potent relationship between Brent and Crew Chief Dave Leiner instantly made the duo a lethal combination on the tour in late 2009.
2010 started off with a 13th place effort in Brent's first race at Daytona Speedway which led into a career best 2nd place at Palm Beach Raceway. Everything was looking up for the Allgaier Motorsports Team until crashes at Salem and Talladega brought them back down to earth. Since then the team has regrouped for a top 5 at Texas and top 10's at Pocono and Michigan. Brent is set for his NASCAR Nationwide debut at Road America and looking to continue his good runs throughout the 2010 season.
Brent graduated magna cum laude from Northwood University, in Midland, Michigan, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Automotive Marketing / Business Management. Outside of the track, Brent is a big sports fan and supports his local teams.
